The calm beach of José Ignacio is about 400 meters away. In high season, the area features top-tier restaurants, so the master suite was built to be soundproof against outside noise such as music. The house is fully equipped, bright, and cheerful. Lots of sunlight! The terrace is a delight, with a pergola, barbecue, and outdoor furniture.
