House 100 meters from the beach, 5 minutes from Manantiales. Quiet area, yet very close to everything in Punta del Este! Suitable for 6 to 7 guests. The spaceThe house is divided into two sections. Section 1, recently built, is accessed through the main entrance from the street. It features a spacious living area with a large dining table, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a fully integrated kitchen. This section includes one bedroom with a semi-integrated bathroom (shower and sink connected to the bedroom) and a separate toilet cabin, plus an additional guest bathroom. A large window opens onto a pergola-covered deck. Section 2 is accessed from the garden, through a side gate that allows independent entry. It consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a sitting area with a kitchenette. There is also a sofa bed for occasional guests. All rooms have direct access to the garden through large windows. Both sections are connected by a deck. In front of the living areas there is a pergola providing shade and an outdoor dining table. A portable barbecue grill is available in the garden. All bedrooms can be set up with either double beds or single beds. Please note that there is a second floor built in Section 1, which is not enabled and currently has no access. Services and common areasAt the front of the house there is parking space for up to 3 cars. At the back, there is a small shed with a washing machine and dryer. Bed linens are provided for the entire stay, as well as 1 beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs. Both sections of the house are equipped with alarm systems that can be activated independently.
