Description

The house was built using the concept of "Bau-Biologie," an architectural movement that applies modern techniques with traditional methods of construction using adobe, wood, and thatched roofs. The result is a cozy and harmonious environment where temperature and humidity levels are ideal. None of the materials or chemicals that could be harmful to health were used in the construction. The pool is cleaned with a natural saline solution system. Gaia is a 3-bedroom en-suite house with a service area. With over 300 m2 of construction, it offers unobstructed views of the lagoon and sunsets. Each room has its own bathroom. With a capacity for eleven people, the house has two indoor dining areas seating 8 people, two outdoor dining areas seating 14 people, two living rooms, a long wooden terrace for lounging by the pool, and a barbecue area. Despite being a partially solar-powered sustainable construction, Gaia Casa has all the amenities of a modern home.
