"Of all the projects I've developed in other parts of the world, for me, Acqua has a special meaning different from the others. It is the first project I made in Uruguay, my home country. I wanted it to be something unique, incomparable, unlike any other architectural development of this region. I think we've achieved our goal. Acqua reflects and enhances the beauty of its surroundings. In this work, we integrated the sound of water, sunlight, blue skies and endless views. Punta del Este, to the glamorous lifestyle and exclusive beaches, inspired me to conceive this work. The innovative use of space, the use of unique materials and application of new technologies, create a cutting-edge architectural design, timeless and impressive.
